Mangia bene, ridi spesso, ama molto

Toscane

Tuscany is the perfect destination for a workation: it effortlessly combines tranquility, inspiration, and authenticity. The rolling landscapes, historic towns, and excellent gastronomy create an environment that stimulates focus and creativity, away from the daily hustle and bustle. You work under a blue sky, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with reliable infrastructure and access to charming locations for team building, workshops, and relaxation. Tuscany not only provides a backdrop for productivity but also an atmosphere that naturally fosters collaboration, reflection, and new ideas.

Authentic accommodation

In the Tuscan hills, there are 3 stylishly restored villas overlooking vast vineyards. Authentic elements such as stone walls and wooden beams have been combined with modern comfort, including reliable wifi and spacious workspaces.

The tranquil surroundings and bright outdoor spaces provide focus and new energy, while the swimming pools and terraces invite relaxation and connection after work. In the area lies the beautiful Siena, perfect for a cultural outing or a delightful Vespa ride through the rolling landscape.

Whether it's brainstorming sessions in the garden, creative workshops under the Tuscan sun, or team building around a table with local specialities: this location offers everything you need for a workation that delivers results and memories.

Workation – Working, but differently

No cold meeting rooms or Zoom fatigue. A workation is working with a view of vineyards, fresh air in your mind, and space to really think ahead.

Between the work sessions, there is time for new experiences, conversations that stick, and moments that inspire. Focus, connection, and energy, exactly what you need, but rarely find in the office.

More than just work

You don't experience Tuscany from behind your laptop.

Between the work sessions, there is space to truly feel the region:

on a Vespa through the vineyards, in a hot air balloon high above the hills or on a mountain bike along winding paths and quiet villages.

Short escapes that not only bring relaxation but also new energy and ideas. Because those who move differently, think differently.

And you can tell that from the conversations, the connections, and the flow that naturally develops.

Siena, Tuscan pride with character

Siena is not just a beautiful city.

It is a place where history and atmosphere are tangible on every street corner.

The narrow alleys, robust city walls, and the famous Piazza del Campo tell a story of traditions that still live on here every day. Known for the Palio, the legendary horse race, Siena breathes strength, unity, and a pride that you feel as soon as you walk into the city.

No urban hustle and bustle, but an authentic charm that invites you to get lost, discover, and enjoy good food.

Dining here is not a luxury, but an art of living

In Tuscany, everything revolves around simplicity, quality, and taste.

From freshly baked focaccia and truffle pasta to local pecorino and traditional salumi: food here is not a mere side issue, but pure culture.

And then there is the wine, always close by, always with character.

Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Vernaccia: not just bottles on the table, but stories in a glass.

Between work sessions, you visit wine castles and ancient cellars, taste directly at the source, and discover why in Tuscany, eating and drinking is primarily about experiencing together.

Practical information

Toscane

The best period is the months of April/May/June and September/October with pleasant temperatures and sunny weather. The summer months are often really hot and dry.

Absolutely. That is precisely the power of a workation in Tuscany.

After concentrated work sessions in an inspiring environment, there is room for short excursions, Vespa rides, wine tastings, or a dip in the pool, all perfectly balanced in the schedule.

In renovated villas, agriturismos, and boutique hotels, wifi is usually good. However, Tuscany is rural, so at remote locations this is often supplemented with satellite connections.
